Get your game face ready, because we've got a spicy, creamy hummus for you to serve up at your next tailgate. You don't need to be a sports fan to absolutely appreciate this buffalo-inspired hummus!

Ingredients
  • 2 15oz cans chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 6 tbs hot sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • veggies for dipping
  • Riceworks for dipping
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender (start with only 4 tbsp. hot sauce if you don't like much heat). Puree until creamy. Add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.

  2. Serve with Riceworks.
