Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

Fall food is our favorite, and this dip is on the top of our list. Cool cream cheese and cool whip make for the perfect no-bake snack! This sweet holiday dip is the perfect match for our cinnamon sugar baked Riceworks! 


  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. cool whip
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 bags Sea Salt riceworks


For dip:

  1. Using beaters or a food processor, mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, pumpkin, powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice. 
  2. Chill and serve with Riceworks.

For Riceworks:

  1. Melt butter and brush onto Sea Salt Riceworks.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Let cool and serve with dip.
